Digital Music News reports that Passalong and 7digital will be offering EMI’s DRM-free catalog. The interesting aspect is that both will be offering 320kbps MP3s, trumping Apples’ 256kbps AAC offering. Passalong hasn’t yet revealed pricing specifics, however 7digital has indicated that some tracks would be selling for 50 pence ($.99).
