Michael Tsai details his problems getting the hard drive replaced in his MacBook Pro. There really is no excuse for this level of service, particularly when it entails shipping the laptop back and forth to the company. I’ve come to expect poor service from Dell. It’s Dell’s new standard. But not from Apple. My experiences with Apple have been nothing but fantastic and it pains me to see stories such as this.
